针对钢桥面使用寿命短、维修周期短、维修费用高特点，从钢桥面防腐蚀方面着手，研究应用于钢桥面的大功率二次雾化电弧喷涂防腐蚀设备和技术。设计拉法尔一次和扁平扇形二次喷嘴的二次电弧喷涂设备，采用无尘自动喷砂、电弧喷锌和喷涂粘结型封闭剂工艺的防腐蚀工艺技术，制造自动喷涂施工工装对钢桥面进行长效防腐蚀施工，为提高路面铺装层使用寿命提供保障。
The equipment and technology of the high-power twice atomizing arc spray in steel bridge anti-corrosion is investigated,owing to the shorter service life-span，the more frequency maintenance and the higher maintenance expense for steel bridge tar-paved layer。 The arc spray equipment with the laval primary nozzle and sector compressed second nozzle is designed，the technology with dustless blast、arc spraying zinc and sealed solvent are researched and applied to Wuhan Junshan Yangtse River steel bridge surface ，these coatings for corrosion resistance will extend availability of tar-paved layer above it。
