研究了固相体积分数、气相含量及发泡剂种类等对泡沫煤矸石浆料流变性能的影响.结果表明:泡沫煤矸石浆料在中低剪切速率区呈现明显的剪切变稀的流体特征;泡沫浆料的粘度随固相体积分数的增大而显著增大;用曲拉通Triton X-100发泡制得的泡沫浆料的粘度要明显高于用没食子酸丙酯发泡制得的泡沫浆料的粘度,但二者均随着气相体积分数的增大而增大.

The influence of solid volume fraction, gas volume fraction and foaming agent on the rheological property of foam slurry of gangue were investigated. The results show that foam gangue slurries have the shear-thinning behavior at lower shear rate. The foam viscosity increased observably with the increase of solid volume fraction and gas volume fraction. The viscosity of gangue slurry foamed by Triton X-100 was higher than that by PG obviously.
