以溶胶凝胶法制备了纳米级的Mn-Ce/Ti-CNTs催化剂粉体,考察了有机膨润土,复合硅酸盐水泥,模数为3.6的硅酸钠以及这三种组合的粘结剂对板状催化剂的粘结度、防水性能和脱硝性能的影响。结果表明,单一复合硅酸盐水泥或硅酸钠粘结剂粘结度都不够,单一有机膨润土粘结剂防水性能差;随着粘结剂含量的增多,脱硝性能也相应降低;复合硅酸盐水泥对催化性能的影响小于硅酸钠。优化后得到,6(w)%有机膨润土+12(w)9,6复合硅酸盐水泥组合的粘结剂,不但能满足一定的粘结度和防水性能。而日拥有最好的脱硝件能。存175℃时,其脱硝忡能可诀80%。250℃的脱硝件能可诀98%以上。
Organo-bentonite, composite portland cement, sodium silicate (3.6 modulus) and their complexes were selected as binders for the formation of pilot scale laminated catalyst of nano-sized MnOx- CeOx/TiO2-CNTs powder prepared by sol-gel method. Effects of different binders on the catalyst adhesion, anti- water solubility and de-NOx activity were studied systematically. Our results indicated that the catalysts formation using composite portland cement and sodium silicate showed sodium silicate decreased the catalyst activity severely. poor adhesions, with a decrease of de-NOx activity, especially The addition of organo-bentonite promoted the catalyst adhesion evidently and kept high de-NOx activity, but exhibited a poor anti-water solubility. By optimizing the binder using their complexes, we found that a binder combination of 6w% organo-bentonite and 12w% composite portland cement showed the highest de-NOx acfvity with good adhesion and waterproof performance, such that a NOx conversion of 80% and 98G were achieved at 175℃ and250℃, respectively.
