本文利用扫描微电极测量系统,测定了若干金属在腐蚀介质中发生局部腐蚀时的电位、电流密度分布,研究了腐蚀点间的相互作用及低合金钢和不锈钢在腐蚀介质中发生各种形式的局部腐蚀行为。配合扫描电子显微镜考察了腐蚀活性点与非活性点微观形貌成分的区别,从而对金属在介质中的局部腐蚀的发生发展讲行讨论。

The established scanning micro-reference electrode technique(SRET) is used to study the electrochemical behaviour of various type of localized corrosion in electrolytes and the mutual influence of active corrosion sites bY measuring potential and current density distribution.The active and the inactive sites revealed by the potential contour measured are examined with scanning elee- tronic microscope (SEM).Some preliminary and interesting experimental results are obtained.The initiation and propagation of localized corrosion are discussed.
