通过铸锻(压铸和模锻)复合成形方式制备了AZ91镁合金汽车转向控制臂,对控制臂主要受力部位的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究,并对拉伸断口进行了分析。结果表明:铸锻复合成形后,AZ91镁合金转向控制臂不同区域的变形量不同,变形量大的区域呈明显的流线特征,并发生动态再结晶,为细小的等轴晶;与压铸态相比,铸锻复合成形后合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率及硬度分别为251.3MPa、156.9MPa、4.12%和125HV;断裂机制由脆性断裂变为韧脆混合断裂。
A AZ91 magnesium alloy vehicle steering control arm was used to prepare by casting-forging combined forming, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the control arm's main force parts were studied and the tensile fracture was analyzed. The results show that the deformations were different in different zones of AZ91 magnesium alloy vehicle steering control arm after casting-forging forming, the obvious streamlined characteristics and dynamic recrystallization were found in large deformation zone, mad the grains were fine equiaxed crystal. Compared with the die-casting, the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and hardness of the alloy after casting-forging combined forming were 251. 3 MPa, 156. 9 MPa, 4. 12%and 125 HV, respectively. The fracture mechanism changed from brittle fracture into ductile-brittle fracture.
