摘 要: 太钢从分析、总结浓相喷煤诸多因素的内在关系入手,探索、掌握浓相喷煤的基本规律,成功实现了从生产方针、工艺设备、技术操作上的优化,达到了浓相喷吹、高煤比、低成本、长寿命的良好状态。突破了一些国外公司提出的相对高压下浓相喷吹达到50kg/kg固气比的认识局限,开辟了在相对低压条件下实现浓相喷煤的新途经。太钢的实践表明:在300m3级高炉上要达到70kg/kg的固气比;在1000m3级高炉上实现了60kg/kg的固气比;即使在热风压力较高的4000m3的大高炉,也创造了40kg/kg固气比的明显效果。

Abstract:Start from analyzing and summarizing the internal links between a number of factors in pulverized coal injection technique of dense-phase (hereinafter, referred as PCITDP), TISCO explored and mastered the fundamental principles of PCITDP. On the top of that, it successfully achieved from the production approach, process & equipment, technical operations on the optimization of injection to realize excellent conditions, such as dense-phase injection, high coal-ratio, low cost and long life. TISCO broke through an assertion made by a number of foreign companies that there is a limitation of 50kg/kg solid-gas ratio under relatively high pressure injection. It is also opening up a new pass at a relatively low-pressure condition. The experiences of TISCO have proved that: both a 70kg/kg solid-gas ratio under 300m3 grade blast furnace and 60kg/kg solid-gas ratio under 1000m3 grade are achievable, even in blast furnace with relatively high hot blast pressure of 4000m3, it can also realize a outstanding result by achieving 40kg/kg solid-gas ratio.
