针对在役液氨球罐防止内壁应力腐蚀的技术进行了分析。实践表明,设计因素包括确定设计温度、液氨球罐的选材、液氨球罐球壳板壁厚等;制造因素包括球壳板的成型方式、组焊过程控制、焊后热处理控制;操作和检修因素包括准确处理暴露的制造缺陷,使介质的成分、压力、温度符合要求。
The technique of resisting stress corrosion cracking (SCC) of the inter wall of serviced liquid ammonia tank was analyzed. Practice proves that the design factors include determining the design temperature and the wall thickness of tank determining, the materials of tank selecting, and so on. The manufacturing factors include taking appropriate shaping mode, assembly welding control, post weld heat treatment control. The operation and maintenance factors include accurate handing exposed manufacturing defects, the composition, pressure, temperature of the medium meet the requirements making.
