采用无水溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了SiO2,SiO2-ZrO2凝胶玻璃,用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并且估算了SiO2凝胶玻璃中的Si-OH含量,结果发现通过无水溶胶-凝胶工艺制备的凝胶玻璃比有水工艺具有更低的Si-OH含量.经150℃热处理的SiO2-ZrO2二元系统凝胶玻璃,其折射率可因ZrO2含量的改变,在1.445~1.614范围内调控.
