通过分子设计对聚苯胺导电材料进行了结构改性,制备出侧链悬挂酞菁功能基的新型结构聚苯胺。利用元素分析、X射线衍射法、扫描电镜、透射电镜及X射线光电子能谱等手段对新型结构聚苯胺的微观结构和形态进行了研究。结果表明,当聚苯胺侧链悬挂酞菁铜氯磺酸后,其分子链排列更加规则,取向度明显增大,结晶性能大大改善。同时,该材料在有机溶剂中的溶解性及在可见光区的吸收性也有一定的提高。
The structure of conducting polyaniline is modified by the means of molecular design. Two kinds of structure photoelectric polyaniline lofted sensitizing Cu-phthalocyanine on the side-chain are syntheses. Microcosmic structure of polyaniline containing phthalocyanineis studied by EA, XRD, SEM, TEM and XPS. The result shows: the molecular chain arranges more regularly than ever, the degree of orientation increases obviously and the property of crystallinity improves greatly. The property of polyaniline grafted with Cu-phthalocyanine is superior to the property of polyaniline doped with Cu-phthalocyanine.
