分别采用一次镦拔、两次镦拔和直接拔长3种开坯锻造工艺锻制了矱400 mm TA15钛合金棒材,并对比分析了棒材的低倍组织、显微组织、力学性能以及探伤杂波水平。结果表明,在铸锭开坯时通过两次镦拔变形增加β相区的变形量,在中间锻造及成品锻造时保证变形量分别大于40%和30%,再经800℃×2 h/AC热处理后,可以得到边部、1/2R处及心部组织均匀细小的矱400 mm TA15钛合金棒材,且各项力学性能符合用户标准要求,探伤杂波水平可达矱3.2 mm -9 dB。

Three different forging processes were investigated which include upset-draw process , double upset-draw process and draw process to fabricate φ400 mm TA17 titanium alloy bars , then compared the macrostructures , micro-structures, mechanical properties and flaw detection levels of the bars .The results show that , using double upset-draw process in ingot cogging can increase the deformation amount in βregion.After deformation of 40%and 30%in the in-termediate and product forging with annealing at 800℃×2 h/AC, the microstructures in different positions are fine and homogeneous , the mechanical properties of bars can meet the standards and flaw detection level is φ3.2 mm -9 dB.
