以非织造布(NWF)为支撑材料,以带有催化活性基团的聚合物——磺化聚醚砜(SPES)/聚醚砜(PES)共混物为膜材料,采用浸渍—溶液相转化法制备出具有高孔隙率的SPES/PES/NWF复合催化膜,组装膜反应器,以乙酸和乙醇为原料制备乙酸乙酯.研究显示:在单次贯流模式操作下,反应温度328 K,醇酸摩尔比3.9∶1,停留时间330 s时,乙酸转化率达到75.5%.在循环贯流模式操作下,乙酸的平衡转化率达到91.0%;与渗透汽化耦合后,平衡转化率提高到95.4%.该复合膜催化技术有望为乙酸乙酯和相关酯类的绿色合成提供新的技术支持.
