为解决长岭气田含CO2天然气开发过程中地面集输系统CO2腐蚀防护问题,采用腐蚀挂片法和电阻探针法作为腐蚀防护的重要手段。现场应用结果表明,现场监测数据能对腐蚀情况进行正确的评价,能反映管线内腐蚀程度,根据评价结果开展腐蚀防护对策,降低地面集输系统CO2腐蚀危害;通过建立腐蚀与防护数据库管理系统,实现了腐蚀危害统计评价智能化,提升了气田防腐蚀维护管理的水平。
In order to solve the CO2 corrosion problem of CO2 gas ground gathering and transportation system during development process of Changling gas field, corrosion coupon and resistance probe technologies were used as important means of corrosion protection. The results of field application testing showed that on-site data was able to evaluate the corrosion correctly, to reflect the degree of corrosion inside pipelines, to carry out corrosion protection measures, to reduce the CO2 corrosion damage in the ground gathering systeln. Intelligence of statistical evaluation of corrosion damage wasachieved by establishing a corrosion and protection database management system, and thus upgraded the level of maintenance and management of corrosion in the gas field.
