分别采用固相烧结法和球磨法合成了SnCo合金,测试了其相组成和电化学性能,并考察了在两种合成过程中加入碳对相组成和电化学性能的影响.XRD分析表明,对于SnCo合金,烧结产物由CoSn相组成,球磨产物由CoSn2相和Co组成.添加碳以后,烧结产物仍由CoSn相组成,而球磨不能形成合金相.电性能测试表明,对于SnCo合金,颗粒和晶粒较小的球磨产物具有更高的容量和循环性能.碳的添加可以提高烧结产物的容量和循环性能.
