Effect of Polyaniline on Anticorrosive Performance of Epoxy Coatings

制备了本征态聚苯胺在涂层中质量分数分别为0%、1.5%、3%、5%、7%、10%的聚苯胺/环氧防腐蚀涂层,通过Tafel极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱测试对比了其在35%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀性能,结果表明,聚苯胺含量对涂层的防腐蚀性能有较大影响:涂层中聚苯胺含量较小时,随着其在涂层中含量的增加,涂层的腐蚀电位相应提高,而随着聚苯胺含量的进一步增加,涂层的防腐蚀效果开始下降.涂层中聚苯胺质量分数含量为5%时,涂层具有最佳的防腐蚀性能.
