通过溶胶-凝胶方法在硼硅酸盐玻璃表面制备了掺银TiO2薄膜,通过XRD,XPS和紫外可见漫发射光谱对薄膜中TiO2晶相、Ti和Na元素的配位状态与相对含量等性能进行了分析.实验发现,银离子的加入不仅有利于控制TiO2晶相的长大,宽化TiO2的吸收带隙,使薄膜的吸收边"蓝移",而且对玻璃表面Na2O的渗透有抑制作用,避免了由于Na2O渗透形成Na2O·TiO2及板钛矿结构,降低TiO2的光催化性能.
