研究常温腐蚀对镍基高温合金表面Al-Si防护涂层循环氧化 行为的影响.结果表明涂层在常温腐蚀后,涂层表面粗糙化,表层Al含量明显下降.在循环氧 化过程中不仅涂层内出现γ′Ni3Al相的时间明显提前,而且涂层表面Al2O3膜 更易剥落,从而降低了涂层的抗循环氧化能力,缩短了涂层的寿命.

The cyclic oxidation behavior of Al-Si coatings on the Ni-base superalloy DZ125 has been investigated,which has been corroded by ro om temperature corrosion.The results indicated that the room temperature corrosi on decreased the Al content,and increased the surface roughness of the coating.D uring the subsequent cyclic oxidation,the phase transformation of βNiAl t oγ′Ni3Al and the spallation of Al2O3 scale are accelerated.As a re sult,the oxidation resistance and lifetime of the coating are decreased.
