研究了FeNiCrSiB淬态薄带的几何尺寸对其巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应的影响.研究结果表明:淬态FeNiCrSiB软磁合金薄带便具有良好的软磁性能和巨磁阻抗效应.薄带的几何尺寸为2.0mm×20mm(宽2.0mm,长20mm)时存在最佳巨磁阻抗效应,在4.0 MHz频率下,纵向最大GMI比为25%,横向最大GMI比为20%.研究结果还表明具有最佳几何尺寸样品的磁电抗比和磁容抗比的绝对值随外加直流磁场的变化规律相类似,样品的电抗部分呈电容性特征.
