本文结合莱钢集团银山型钢3＃连铸机液压振动改造工程,介绍了中冶连铸公司具有自主知识产权的新型板坯板簧液压振动装置开发、特点及应用实绩。实践证明，该系统技术经济指标先进，具有很好的应用推广前景。
The late-model slab mold oscillating system with leaf-spring guide equipment, according to the development, equipment features and application is introduced in this paper, which was developed by CCTEC having the independent intellectual property rights. This mold oscillating system have been applied to No.3 caster revamped project of Yinshan Steelmaking plant, Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Co.. Practice proves that the economic efficiency is obvious and the system has the very good application promotion prospect.
