以钛酸丁酯为钛源、正硅酸乙酯为硅源,以玻璃纤维(Glass fiber,GF)为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法,制备了具有可见光活性的Si掺杂TiO2负载玻璃纤维负载型光催化剂(Si-TiO2/GF).利用热分析、扫描电镜、紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱等手段研究了不同Si掺杂量对TiO2微观结构和Si-TiO2/GF负载稳定性及光催化性能的影响.研究结果表明,在Si掺杂样品中有Ti-O-Si键的存在,Si掺杂能有效地提高TiO2在GF表面的负载稳定性,且扩展了样品的可见光吸收性能.当Si掺杂比例为5%时,Si-TiO2/GF在可见光条件下对亚甲基蓝的光催化效果比P25明显提高.
