简介了首钢第1条冷轧连续退火机组的设备特性。该机组主要分为入口、退火炉和出口段三部分,入口段配备了直流窄搭接焊机、电解清洗设备等,工艺速度最高达700m/min;退火炉为立式炉,炉内以含氢体积分数5%的氮氢气体作为保护气,炉区工艺速度最高可达420m/min;出口段安装了6辊式CVCPLUS轧机作为平整机,并配备了全自动切边剪和高精度静电涂油机。2011年首钢冷轧共计生产汽车板82万t。
This paper briefly introduces the first CAL (continuous annealing line ) of ShouGang Group, especially the highlights of main equipment and technologies. The CAL line consists of 3 sections, the entry section, furnace section and exit section. The entry section is equipped with mash lap seam welder, electrolytic cleaning device, etc. The maximum processing speed is 700 m/rain. The continuous annealing furnace is vertical type, its protection atmosphere gas is mixing gas composed of H2 (5 ;) and N2. The maximum processing speed is 420 m/rain. In the exit section, 6-high skin pass mill with CVCPLus is chosen as the leveller, and ASC side trimmer shear and electrostatic oiler are equipped. In 2011, about 820 000 tons automobile sheet was produced by Shougang Cold Rolling Company.
