综述了BaTIO3晶粒尺寸效应及其微观机理的研究背景,重点介绍了介电常数和居里温度随晶粒尺寸变化的规律,及其微观机理的研究进展,并提出了通过改变表面态来改变纳米BaTiO3介电和铁电性能的想法.
