采用燃烧法制备了钙钛矿型氧化物LaFe1-xNixO3(x=0.1、0.15、0.2、0.3)用于甲烷化学链水蒸气重整过程,通过两步分别获得合成气(H2+CO)和H2.在固定床反应装置上考察甲烷与载氧体的部分氧化过程以及还原态的载氧体与水蒸气的氧化反应过程.结果表明,CH4与LaFe1-xNixOa载氧体恒温反应的最佳温度为800~850°C,反应的前10min甲烷与载氧体以部分氧化为主,主要生成合成气H2和CO. 10 min之后反应以CH4裂解为主.水蒸气氧化阶段,Ni的掺杂量为x=0.1和x=0.3时的H2浓度最高,分别为7.2%和8.3%.
Perovskite-type oxides LaFe1-xNixO3(x=0.1,0.15,0.2,0.3) prepared by combustion method were used for chemical-looping steam methane reforming.The reduction/oxidation activities were investigated in a fixed bed reaction equipment.The results showed that the optimal reaction temperature was between 800℃ to 850℃.Partial oxidation of methane occurred in the initial 10 minutes while CH4 cracked after 10 minutes.The hydrogen concentration generated between the water splitting reaction was respectively 7.2% and 8.3% for LaFe0.9Ni0.1O3 and LaFe0.7Ni0.3O3.
