利用溶胶-凝胶法成功制备Ho-Co共掺杂Bi1-xHoxFe0.95Co0.05O3(x=0.05,0.10,0.15)样品,并对样品的磁性进行了详细研究.研究发现Ho-Co共掺杂的BiFeO材料的磁性有极大提高;并且随着Ho离子掺杂量的增加,样品的磁性也在不断增强.利用同步辐射实验技术,对样品的局域结构进行了研究,进而分析样品磁性增强的原因.
