针对以往二次冷轧生产中工艺润滑制度设定目标不全面,不能同时兼顾带材的板形、表面质量以及机组的油耗、轧制稳定性等问题,经过大量的现场试验与理论研究,充分结合二次冷轧机组的设备与工艺特点,在首次提出了一个板形油耗清洁度综合控制指标的基础上,以保证带钢板形质量、降低带钢表面残油、提高带钢表面清洁度、降低油耗作为控制目标,将打滑与热滑伤的控制作为约束条件,给出了相应的二次冷轧机组工艺润滑制度综合优化方法,并将其推广应用到某1220二次冷轧机组,通过对乳化液流量、浓度、初始温度等3个参数的综合优化设定,取得了良好的使用效果,实现了机组在不发生打滑与热滑伤缺陷的前提下高速稳定轧制,并且出口带材板形良好、表面清洁度高、油耗少,为现场创造了较大的经济效益,具有进一步推广应用的价值。

With regard to the previous incomplete setting goals in double cold reduction, no considering strip shape and surface quality, fuel consumption of unit and rolling stability etc at the same time, after a number of field experiments and theoretical studies, fully integrated with equipment and process features of double cold reduction rolling line, on the basis of putting forward the comprehensive control index of a stripshaped fuel consumption cleanliness, with ensuring shape quality, lowering strip surface residual, improving the strip surface cleanliness and reducing fuel consumption as control targets, slip and the control of thermal slide injury as constraints, corresponding comprehensive optimized measures of processing lubrication system in doublereduced cold rolling process were presented. The method was developed to use in a certain 1220 double cold reduction rolling line through the comprehensive optimized settings of emulsion flow, density and initial temperature, and good effects were obtained. For example, high speed stability rolling were realized under the premise of slip and the defect of thermal slide injury don’t occur, in addition, the effects of good strip shape in mill exit, high surface cleanliness and less fuel consumption were obtained. Considerable economic benefits for production were obtained and the further application was suggested.
