利用超低碳和微合金化的成分设计,采用TMCP (Thermomechanical Controlled Proces)-T(Tempering)工艺,充分利用晶粒细化和针状铁素体与粒状贝氏体组织强化等手段,辅以回火处理工艺,在工业试制条件下得到韧性良好,屈服强度为550MPa级的超低碳贝氏体钢.
