采用阶梯形异径轧辊,对带钢同时进行3种异径比的多道次异步冷轧,在压下率80%时,对轧件进行微观显微组织观察,并进行拉伸试验和不同温度的退火试验。结果表明:随着异径比增加,晶粒长度和宽度的比值增大,抗拉强度增加,退火后晶粒平均直径变小;随着异径比增加,观察到了较高位错密度的位错和较小尺寸的亚晶;验证了异步轧制与同步轧制相比变形更加剧烈,可以产生更多的位错和亚晶、提高带钢的强度、增加应变储能、降低再结晶退火温度。

Stepped appearance roller of different diameters was adopted for steel strip which was cold rolled by several passes under three ratios of roller diameter.Microstructure of the rolled pieces under the accumulated reduction of 80 percent was observed by SEM and TEM before and after annealing at different temperatures,and its mechanical property was examined by tensile test.The results show that as the ratio of roller diameters increases,the ratio of length to width of grains and tensile strength of the rolled steel strip increases,and its average grain diameter decreases after annealing.High density dislocation and smaller subgrains are observed in the steel strip processed under higher ratio of roller diameter.It indicates that more severe deformation occurs in the steel strip asymmetrically rolled compared to that symmetrically rolled,resulting in the increases of its strength and decreases of annealing temperature of recrystallization.
