本文采用水热法成功制备出了一维Ti-O纳米材料,研究了不同碱浓度,不同热水处理温度对纳米带形貌的影响,得到了一维Ti-O纳米材料最佳的制备工艺.结果显示,热水处理温度为180℃、碱的浓度为10 mol/L,热处理48 h可以得到Na2Ti3O7、H2Ti3O7和TiO2纳米带.纳米带的形成机制为“溶解-结晶”机制.制得的纳米带产物产率高,质量好,其宽度为50~200 nm,长度达到几十微米,有的纳米带甚至能够达到一百多微米,表面洁净,结晶良好,无缺陷.最后对温度对产物形貌的影响进行了讨论.
