为了推进从俄罗斯引进的田湾VVER-1000型核电站用Zr-1Nb合金燃料包壳和端塞棒材的国产化进程,研究了焊接及随后的真空热处理对Zr-1Nb合金抗360℃,18.6 MPa水和500℃,10.3 MPa蒸汽腐蚀性能的影响.实验结果表明焊接严重恶化Zr-1Nb合金在2种介质中的腐蚀抗力,主要是因为焊区中出现了粗大的马氏体组织;随后的真空退火对腐蚀抗力的影响取决于退火温度和腐蚀实验温度.但即使在最佳温度退火也不能使焊接态的腐蚀抗力恢复到非焊接态的水平.
In order to prompt self-making of Zr-1Nb fuel cladding and end plug bar for VVER-1000 reactors located at TIAN WAN, China, imported from Russia, the influence of welding and subsequent vacuum annealing on corrosion resistance of Zr-1Nb alloy in 360℃, 18.6 MPa water and 500℃, 10.3 MPa steam was investigated through testing in autoclave in this paper.TIG method was employed to weld the Zr-1Nb alloy sheet of 1 mm in thickness, then, vacuum annealing was conducted at 470℃, 560℃, 700℃ respectively. The samples prepared through above steps were charged into the autoclave with 360℃,18.6 MPa water and 500℃, 10.3 MPa steam for corrosion test up to 350 days and 244 hours. The weights of the samples were measured periodically. The test results show that welding weakens seriously the corrosion resistance of Zr-1Nb alloy in both high temperature and high pressure water and steam due to the appearance of coarse Martensite; The influence of the subsequent vacuum annealing on the corrosion resistance depends on annealing temperature and corrosion test temperature.However, annealing, even at the optimized temperature, doesn't improve considerably corrosion resistance of the welded alloy.
