利用大包注流带入的强湍流钢液将长水口吹入的气体打碎成小气泡去除中间包钢液中小夹杂物的方法是一种有研究价值的精炼方法.在建立一套钢包-长水口-中间包的水力学模拟实验装置的基础上,研究了长水口开孔直径、开孔排数以及每排开孔数目对中间包内夹杂物去除效果的影响规律,以及开孔直径对中间包内钢液流动模式的影响规律.实验结果表明,长水口开孔直径为3mm,开孔排数为2排,每排开孔数目为6孔时,中间包内钢液平均停留时间较长,流体流动模式较为合理,中间包内夹杂物上浮去除效果较好.
