分析了中美钢铁工业的发展进程,提出了一种适用于不同国家间的钢铁工业能源效率对标的方法,考虑了影响能效的关键因素,如边界、能效指标、能源折算系数、电炉钢比等.采用该对标方法,对中美两国钢铁工业的能效进行了分析比较.结果表明:从两国钢铁工业整体能效对比分析来看,在设定相同的钢铁工业边界、能源折算系数和电炉钢比等条件下,中国钢铁工业的平均能源强度要比美国高约24.30 kg/t;但从代表中国钢铁工业水平的重点钢铁企业与美国钢铁工业的能效对比分析来看,中国重点钢铁企业的能源强度要比美国钢铁工业约低59.70kg/t.
