理论研究表明,为满足高强度抗H2S套管钢的使用要求,可选用C,Mn,Cr和Mo为合金元素,要求S,P和Si的含量尽量低,回火温度尽量高.本文用正交设计来确定C,Mn,Cr和Mo的范围.用国外同类钢种的数据代管实验室试验进行正交分析.按设计的成分直接进行批量生产,获得成功,在两年内完成了新钢种的设计,开发和使用.
Theoretical analysis indicates that in order to make the yield strength and thethreshol stress for hydrogen-induced failure in H2S solution of the tubular steel satisfy theAPI standard, S, P and Si must be as low as possible, temper temperature should be as high aspossible and C, Mn, Cr and Mo are used as alloy elements. The contents of C, Mn, Cr and Moare determined based on the experimental design using the data in the datum bank. Accordingto the designed compositions and technology, the Plant has produced qualified C90 tubular steelsfor 1400t.
