采用电纺丝法制备了铽(Tb)掺杂的氧化镓(Ga2O3)纳米纤维,并用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)和光致发光谱(PL)对其进行了一系列的表征.结果表明,900℃退火的纳米纤维尺寸约为100nm,晶体结构是β相的Ga2O3,Tb离子5D4-7F5跃迁对应的550nm绿光发射最强.在稀土掺杂的纳米纤维的光致发光谱中没有发现β-Ga2O3缺陷能级的发光,用能量传递理论解释了这一现象.
