本文模拟高炉中锌的还原及其蒸汽在炉料吸附的过程,对入炉烧结矿、球团矿做了锌吸附的实验。实验结果表明:烧结矿和球团矿的吸附锌量随着温度的增加而提高,随着粒度的增大而减少;随着锌吸附量的增加,烧结矿和球团矿的低温还原粉化指标下降,这会影响到高炉的透气性;在本实验条件下,锌吸附量的改变,对烧结矿和球团矿的熔滴性能影响不大。

In this paper, in order to simulate the reduction of zinc in the blast furnace and its vapor absorption process on the charge, zinc adsorption experiments of sinter and pellet were did. The results show that: zinc absorption of sinter and pellet increase with the increase of the temperature, decrease with the increase of its particle size; the RDI+3.15 of sinter and pellet decrease with the increase of zinc adsorption, this will affect the index burden permeability of blast furnace; at the present experimental conditions, zinc absorption of sinter and pellet have little effect to its melting and drippy properties.
