综述了微接触印刷技术在表面图案化中的应用,包括在金表面、玻璃表面以及聚合物表面制备物理、化学性质不同的图案化微区,以及这些微区在生物大分子微阵列、细胞选择性粘附及功能调节、表面浸润性研究等领域的应用.着重介绍了"经典"微印刷技术及最新发展状况,特别是在非模型的生物材料表面的应用.对影响微印刷技术成功的因素也进行了简要分析.
