文章介绍了在原有测角仪上设计安装了新的步进马达驱动装置和相应的控制接口以及对其进行控制的软件系统,实现了由计算机实时控制的数据采集和数据处理系统,经改造后的测角仪可用于常规X射线联机检测和分析,扩展了设备的功能,提高了分析效率。此外,经过对测角仪织构测角台的改进,实现了极图数据同心圆方式收集的功能。相应的软件控制系统完成对测角仪和织构测角台的控制,实现了极图自动测量功能。

Installing new step motor driver and its relational control interface as well as sofeware system on original Goniometer of APD10 diffractometer, the realtime control data collection and data processing were performed successfully. Improving horizontal goniometer of APD10 Xray diffractometer, the goniometer can be used for online testing and analysis, extending the equipmental function as well as enhancing the analytical efficientcy. In addition, the improvement and concentric measurement of texture goniometer can be used for realtime data collection of pole figure.
