通过模拟油气田井下腐蚀环境进行CO2腐蚀试验, 研究N80油井管钢在动态和静态条件下的腐蚀行为.结果表明:在所模拟的油田腐蚀环境中,N80钢在静态条件下的平均腐蚀速率略高于动态条件下的平均腐蚀速率,而其局部腐蚀在动态条件下则比静态时严重得多,检测到的最大腐蚀速率达到了35 mm/a,这和试样表面腐蚀产物膜的破损有关.O、C、Cl-在坑内富集,表明Cl-仍是引起试样局部腐蚀加剧的主要原因之一.
The CO2 induced corrosion behaviour of N80 in dynamic state and in static state was studied.The results showed that the uniform corrosion rate in static state was a little higher than that in dynamic state,but the localized corrosion in dynamic state was very serious.Enrichment of C、O、Cl- was found in the corrosion pits.
