针对热轧带钢头部和尾部温度偏差较大的情况,将模糊自整定PID参数控制器用于控制热轧带钢卷取温度。在常规PID调节器的基础上,采用模糊推理思想,根据不同的温度偏差|e|和偏差变化率|ec|,对PID参数进行在线自整定模糊控制,使控制系统在过程状态参数变化引起|e|和|ec|变化的初期能及时准确地将|e|限制在规定范围内。
As the temperature deviation at leading end and tail of the hot strip is larger than other parts. The fuzzy self-adjustable PID parameter controller can be used to control hot strip coiling temperature. On the basis of conventional PID adjuster, according to different temperature deviation |e| and its rate |ec|, the parameter self-adjustable fuzzy control can be performed with fuzzy reasoning idea to confine strictly |e| within a limited range at the beginning of |e| and |ec| change caused by variation of process state parameter.
