随着海上风电装机容量的快速增加,高压直流XLPE海缆近年在欧洲和我国都得到快速发展,而目前尚无直流海缆预防性试验方法技术规范的国际标准,随着柔性直流输电技术的发展,我国电网运行单位亟需这方面的技术规范来指导预防性试验工作的开展.本文综述了国际上高压直流海底电缆的现场试验方法,包括直流耐压试验、时域反射法的定位测量、附件的试验方法,并对直流下绝缘材料的局部放电特性进行了讨论,最后介绍了分布式光纤监测技术在直流海底电缆温度与应力、应变监测方面的应用前景.
With the rapid increase of installed capacity of off-shore wind power, the high voltage direct current cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) submarine cables have got fast development in Europe and China. However, there is no international standard or technical specification concerning about the preven-tive test of submarine cable up to now. It is very necessary for the power grid company to guide the preventive tests according to standards or technical specifications. This paper reviewed the preventive test methods of HVDC submarine cables, which consisted of DC voltage withstand test, time domain reflec-tometry measurement, and some test mothods of cable accessory. Furthermore, the partial discharge charac-teristics under DC voltage were discussed. Finally, the application prospect of distributed optical fiber in monitoring temperature, stress and strain of submarine HVDC cables was introduced.
