为分析气动式输弹机密封装置的密封性能,建立气动式输弹机密封装置的有限元模型,对比分析O形和X形密封圈的密封特性,并重点分析初始压缩量、气体压力、摩擦因数和活塞运动速度对X形橡胶密封圈密封性能的影响。结果表明:X形橡胶密封圈比O形更适合气动式输弹机密封装置;初始压缩量对X形橡胶密封圈的密封性能影响较小;摩擦因数和活塞运动速度是X形橡胶密封圈动密封特性的重要影响因素。

In order to analyze the sealing performance of sealing device in pneumatic rammer,the finite element model of the sealing device was built. Comparative analysis of O-sealing ring and X-sealing ring was made,and the effect of initial compression,gas pressure,friction coefficient and movement speed on the sealing performance of X-sealing ring was analyzed. The results show that X-sealing ring is more suitable for dynamic seals than O-sealing ring;the influence of initial compression has less effect on the sealing performance of X-sealing ring;friction coefficient and movement speed are importance factors influencing the sealing performance of X-sealing ring.
