通过改善电镀液的渗透性和分散性、增强铸件导电性、优化电镀液pH值、优化电流密度等参数，提高了铸钢件表面镀锌层的质量。按照国家有关标准检测镀层质量，检测结果表明，镀层附着力好、光洁度高、光泽度好、厚度均匀、抗氧化性强、耐腐蚀性好。
The quality of zinc coating on cast steel was improved by enhancing the permeability and dispersibility of electroplating solution, increasing the conductivity o~ cast steel, optimizing the pH value and current density. The quality of coating was detected according to the related standards of China. The results show that the coating has good adhesion, good glossiness and fineness, uniform thickness, strong anti-oxidation and good corrosion resistance.
