利用自由基聚合将环氧基(单体GMA)引入有机硅聚合物中.通过FT-IR表征证明特征官能团(环氧基、硅氧基)存在.探索了GMA含量对单体转化率的影响.利用GPC对固定GMA含量时不同温度下的聚合物相对分子质量进行测定.将环氧改性有机硅聚合物与含端羟基的硅氧烷按比例混合制备涂料,加入其他功能填料和定量催化剂后固化成膜.测试结果显示,涂膜具有较小的接触角和较好的附着力.
