采用SLX-80深冷处理系统对T15M粉末高速钢进行深冷处理,采用综合物理测试系统的振动样品磁强计选件(PPMSVSM)测试样品的室温磁性和热磁性.结果表明:T15M钢在843 K×1 h的回火过程中,在保温和降温阶段出现残留奥氏体向马氏体的转变.在300 ~ 10 K之间深冷处理过程中,降温时在110~10 K温度段磁性随温度下降而下降,升温时在40 ~ 230 K温度段磁性随温度上升而上升,分别对应于马氏体中碳化物的析出和残留奥氏体向马氏体的转变.深冷处理提前了残留奥氏体向马氏体的转变,抑制了残留奥氏体中碳化物的析出,促进了马氏体中细小碳化物的析出.在第1次回火前或后增加1次深冷处理,可使第3次回火后钢的硬度分别提高2.0 HRC和1.4 HRC.
