采用废旧聚酯瓶为主要原材料,赛克及乙二醇为醇解剂,制备了一系列赛克改性的聚酯多元醇,进一步制得综合性能良好的漆包线漆.研究表明,采用薄层色谱法能有效控制聚酯瓶料的醇解终点.适宜的醇解工艺条件为(195±5)℃,7h.当赛克/乙二醇质量比为3/2时,获得聚酯多元醇的Mn为5800,满足制备漆包线漆的羟基树脂质量要求,涂制的漆包线的软化击穿温度达290℃,击穿电压5.3 kV,介质损耗曲线拐点温度177℃,3%及5%拉伸盐水针孔为零,直焊性375℃时3 s,综合性能优良.
