利用Bridgman法生长掺杂铈离子浓度为3at%的LaBr3晶体,将其加工出具有(100)和(001)晶面的晶体样品,尺寸为9 mm ×9 mm×14 mm.为了研究Ce∶ LaBr3晶体的光学各向异性效应,分别测试了晶体沿[001]和[100]方向上的荧光光谱、能量分辨率、相对光输出以及衰减时间,同时晶体解理面的XRD测试表明实验中晶体样品的一个面为(100).实验结果表明Ce∶ LaBr3晶体的荧光光谱、能量分辨率、衰减时间以及相对光输出没有呈现出明显的各向异性效应.
