采用三节3晶体的格型电路,设计和研制出了用于边带型通讯机中进行狭窄频带抑制的一种中高频带阻型晶体滤波器新产品.所解决的关键技术问题是:30 MHz中高频滤波晶体半成品的设计、插损,IL≤5 dB、3 dB带阻宽.度Bw3dB≤±13 kHz、带阻衰减(限波)≥45 dB等技术指标的实现.研制的结果较好的满足了设计要求.
