采用热喷涂方法喷涂锌或铝涂层可以保护钢铁结构件长期、安全地在海水、淡水、土壤、大气等腐蚀环境下服役 ,实现了数十年少维修的长效防腐蚀 .经过半个多世纪的试验研究和现场应用证明 :热喷涂防腐技术是迄今为止钢铁结构件长效防腐的最好方法 .简要介绍了热喷涂防腐技术的特点和该技术在国内、外的研究应用状况
This paper briefly reviewed the developments of technology and applications of Zn and Al thermal spraying coatings, which were extensively used for corrosion protection of steels in many aggressive environments. This type of ooatings is particularly effective to reduce the maintenance requirements for many applications and to increase the operation life of steel structures, considered as one of the best methods adopted world wide so far in the viewr of economy and safety.
