针对带钢热连轧机生产中存在的轧辊磨损过大、易剥落、板形控制能力差等问题,结合高速钢轧辊的优缺点及实际上机服役情况,通过数值模拟分析了高速钢轧辊处于F1~F4不同机架服役时,热连轧机的板形调控能力.计算结果表明:当F4机架使用高速钢轧辊时,轧机的板形控制能力相对较强;而当F3机架为高速钢轧辊时,轧机的板形控制效果相对较好,上机试验验证了数值模拟结果的正确性,从而为高速钢轧辊在热连轧机上的应用提供理论依据.
