采用DMA对LLDPE/纳米SiO2复合材料的动态力学性能进行了研究.结果表明,未表面处理蚋米SiO2的填充体系,随着蚋米SiO2填充量的增加,α松弛转变峰向低温方向移动,贮能模量E'及损耗模量E"增加;纳米SiO2经硅烷偶联剂表面处理后,与未表面处理体系相比,体系的贮能模量E'在低温区略有降低,但在室温以上温区提高,且a松弛峰进一步向低温偏移;加入大分子相容剂后,体系的贮能模量E'在-50℃~110℃温区显著提高,α松弛峰较硅烷表面处理体系向低温偏移;含有不饱和键的硅烷偶联剂处理纳米SiO2复合体系的贮能模量E'和损耗模量E"均高于普通硅烷表面处理体系.界面作用的强弱对复合材料的动态力学性能有着重要的影响.
