标准物质研制中样品的均匀、稳定是标准物质研制的首要条件,但标准物质研制中定值的准确和不确定度评定的合理则对标准物质研制的水平和推广应用起着重要的作用。因此,定值是标准物质研制的重要环节,也是标准物质研制水平高低的体现。对均匀性、稳定性检验后符合标准物质研制的丁基橡胶( IIR)1751样品,联合多家实验室进行定值。 IIR 1751定值数据处理依据标准物质研制的相关程序,对定值数据是否处于正态分布、是否异常、是否处于等精度进行了分析和判断。 IIR 1751门尼粘度标准物质参与定值的各实验室的数据在0.05或0.01的显著水平时,定值的数据处于正态分布、无可疑值、处于等精度,定值数据的平均值为IIR 1751门尼粘度标准物质的标称值, IIR 1751标准物质在ML (1+4)100℃、ML (1+8)100℃、ML(1+4)125℃、ML(1+8)125℃下的标称值分别为76.6±0.5、75.6±0.5、56.3±0.6、53.4±0.6。

The homogeneity and stability of certified reference material are primary condition in the course of studying ,but the accuracy of certification and the rationality of uncertainty evaluation play an important role on ap-plication ,promotion and the level of development of certified reference material.Therefore ,certification is an impor-tant step ,it also embody the development level of standard substance.The uniformity and stability of butyl rubber ( IIR) 1751 were tested compliance with requirements of standard substance ,then the normal value was obtained by the combined several laboratories.The data of IIR 1751 normal value were processed according to the relevant pro-gram development of certified reference material ,analysis and judge whether them in normal distribution ,were ab-normal ,whether in equal precision.when the significant level was 0.05 or 0.01 ,the data given by all laboratories were normal distribution ,no dubious value and in equal precision ,and the average was normal value ,IIR 1751 nom-inal values were 76.6 ±0.5,75.6 ±0.5,56.3 ±0.6,53.4 ±0.6,at ML(1+4)100℃,ML(1+8)100℃,ML(1+4)125℃,ML(1+8)125℃.
