ZnS作为一种性能优良的光学、电学和光电一体化材料,具有极大的应用价值.综合概述了ZnS粉末、块状材料和薄膜等各种材料的制备方法,阐述并讨论了水热合成法、均匀沉淀法、溶胶凝胶法、化学气相沉积法、溅射法等不同方法的特点.并着重论述了ZnS粉末和薄膜,特别是在纳米粉末和纳米晶薄膜制备技术方面的研究进展.
